Biography
William Smith is the Program Manager at the Matrix Center for the Advancement of Social Equity and Inclusion.
William graduated with honors from UCCS, procuring a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology and minor in Philosophy. For his senior honor’s thesis he conducted a critical ethnography of food service work, analyzing and theorizing the experiences of these workers across a multiplicity of identities while searching for potentials for social change within this industry.
